■ lusail 은 카타르 Al Daayen의 북부에 위치한 지역으로 도하(Doha)중심부로부터 약 15km 북쪽으로 떨어진 곳이다. 약 35~38㎢ 규모의 대지에 약 20~25만명의 거주민들이 살 수 있는 도시를 건립한다. 카타르 국가비젼 2030 의 일환으로 Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company가 파슨스(Parsons)와 공동으로 추진하고 있으며, 46구획의 대규모 해변개발 프로젝트로서 섬리조트, 골프장,부띠끄,레스토랑,레크레이션센터,복합영화관,식물원,원형극장등의 다양한 시설들이 들어선다.

The Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company has revealed that all 46 plots in the Waterfront District of its Lusail development have been sold within hours of their launch, reported The Peninsula. The total sales value is expected to reach $661.9m. The Waterfront District will contain boutiques and restaurants, a recreation centre, cinema complex, indoor botanical garden and an outdoor amphitheatre.
