At present, in Korea a number of foreigners in the residence is estimated as 1.18 million, 2.3% of Korea's total population by the standard in 2010, which shows that Korea gradually becomes multi-cultured society. This is to investigate a cause of increased foreigners in aspect of society and a physical changes in Garibong-dong in the past and the present where there are a lot of a Korea-Chinese who lives in Korea more than any other race. In addition, this has a purpose of finding out problems happening inside Garibond-dong.
