관심있으신 분들은 아실텐데, 평택 미군기지 이전사업에서는 LEED가 적용되고 있습니다.
저도 운종게 이 중 한 프로젝트의 LEED 업무를 하게 되었습니다.
정식 FED 프로젝트는 아니지만, FED Spec을 준용하게 되어있어 정석(?)에 가까운 프로세스로 진행 될 예정입니다.
LEED 실무 코너에서는 LEED 업무 프로세스를 포함하여 실무적인 얘기를 다뤄볼 예정입니다.

LEED cetification is necessary for almost Young-san relocation program(YRP) on South Korea.
End user of this project is U.S Army, so we should follow the specificaiton of them which is very strict.
Fortunately, I has joined one project team as a LEED AP.
So I'd like to post about practice information except the security things in this section .
